The steel pan band have been working hard this term to learn some new songs. They have now mastered Twinkle Twinkle little star and When the Saints Go Marching In. They have also started learning Amazing Grace- watch this space!!

Ash Class Castle Day- January 2017

8.9.16 Forest Owl visited KPA today. The children enjoyed: den building and decorating; making clay faces; learning about their local environment and the plants and wildlife found there; team building games and of course - meeting Indiana the barn owl. The children had a fantastic time as the photos below show!

27.02.16 Today we held a 'big dig' at school to clear and improve our wild garden area. It looks fabulous already and is now ready for us to do some enriched learning outside.

01.02.16 Today we are enjoying a wonderful whole-school trip to Grafham Water Centre!

03.11.15 Today we enjoyed a wonderful fireworks display. Thank you to the PTA for a fabulous evening!

03.11.15 The new chicken Omlet arrived today! Hopefully the chickens which were hatched in Rowan class last year will soon settle into life at KPA and start laying eggs!

20.10.15 Years 5 and 6 took part in the HSSP Tag Rugby Tournament today - Tuesday 20th October 2015. They came 8th out of 16 schools and played brilliantly! Well done team!

16.10.15 Today was KPA bake-off day! What wonderful cakes we were treated to...... Well done to everyone who took part; winners to be announced on Tuesday in celebration assembly.
