Year 1 Homework
We encourage year 1 pupils to read one of their reading books daily and to use their phonics pack to ensure they recognise all the phonics sounds and key words taught so far.
Year 1 pupils also have access to Mathletics where they should complete 30 minutes of maths activities each week.
Pupils may also receive written homework from time to time to support learning, topics, themes and events in school. eg Diwali, Christmas, Remembrance etc.
